Undergraduate Courses

This 4 year programme offers compulsory courses which are assessed through both continuous course-work and written examination papers, with single courses (S) being examined at the end of each semester and double courses (D) being examined at the end of two semesters. Design studio is assessed through a combination of continuous practical assignments and a major practical assignment at the end of the second semester.

FIRST YEAR
Semester I
Compulsory courses are:

  NOTE: Introduction to Planning, Quantitative Techniques and Design Studio I are pre-requisites for all second year courses.

Note: Transport Planning I, Building Economics I, Project Planning and Management I, and Rural Planning I are pre-requisites for these courses in the fourth year. Design Studio III is a pre-requisite for Design Studio IV.
