The Department occupies a three storey building with 20 staff offices, 2 classrooms, 2 large studios, a darkroom and a students computer room with several micro-computers. In addition, it has a variety of teaching aids, and its own reproduction facilities. The department also has its own transport to carry-out field visits and research.

SCHOLARSHIPS

The Department does not offer any financial support for students. However, the University does make known to students those scholarships, grants and loans which are tenable at this University. These include Government of Zimbabwe Grants/loans which are offered to full-time Zimbabwean students who are in financial need. Other awards are offered by various government ministries, local authorities, commerce and industry and other organisations and individuals.
